Also, a lot of Kobe's issues with Shaq were based around Shaq just not putting in the level of work Kobe was. That was a key element in Kobe feeling like he should be the unquestioned man in LA. Wilt isn't going to have that issue, and if anything they'll push each other.
I think he wins one of the 1994-1995 titles that Hakeem won, maybe denies MJ the second 3-peat, and beats the Spurs in the 90s. I think he's worse than 2000 Shaq (and 2001), so he might actually lose to the Blazers or the Pacers, but he definitely wins 2001 and 2002. Possibly wins 2003 despite the Lakers having a down year that year in general, including Kobe. 2004 is interesting - as stated above, I don't think he's feuding with Kobe to the same extent, but I think 2004 Shaq is better at that point. With that said, maybe better chemistry gets them past Detroit. I'm not sure Wilt > Shaq gets the Heat past Detroit in 2005, but I think it's more than enough to win in 2006.
So low end: 5 titles (1994, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2006)
High end: 9 titles (1995, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2005, 2006)
I think assuming he averages around the 27-15-4-3 range for that period of time, he's the GOAT on the high end projection. In that projection, he took a title off MJ, he SIX-peated, and beat Bill Russell in rings. He's also one of all time great scorers and rebounders, an elite defender just short of Russ himself, and puts up ridiculous volume totals. The only thing that will be held against him is how stacked those late 90s Lakers teams were (something that should be held against Shaq, actually). The only issue is that Phil on the Lakers gets butterflied, but Wilt doesn't need Phil to bring the best out of him the way Shaq did.
Wilt replacing Shaq in 93, entire career same path as Shaq did
