Kessler is not on the trading block, real or imaginary.

Utah will sign him once they have agreed to any free agents next year. By waiting they have close to max they could offer, signing him now hampers that. Utah coaches and front office are all very high on Walter. I think he is more secure in Utah than any other player not named Ace.

I completely disagree. The offense is clearly designed for a center that can act as a passing hub and that isn't Walker. Hardy has made a few statements I find rather weird about his defense, and he has not played in preseason. It could legitimately be an injury, or we could be trying to trade him. He has also said he is upset by the lack of extension. I am not saying we will or won't trade him, but he isn't someone we should be secure that the FO and coaching staff continues to value based on what we have seen, IMO.
