No, he was just saying that so he could justify us not making the playoffs this year.

Also, the other guy who's name i don't know said we haven't beaten anyone good...I guess Detroit, Dallas, Denver (twice), Utah (twice) Toronto, Golden State, and Chicago aren't good teams.

Don't forget New Orleans either, they are better then half those teams you mentioned right there.

True, I did forget them. Probably because that was one of the 3 games I didn't get to see this year

I just dug out my old Razz the Jazz! sign from the 1996 playoff series (I think thats the year) when we sucked and took them to 5 games. Its pretty faded...any ideas for signs?

I was thinking of going with with
.................The
.................New
North WesT

With the Conference standings below it (putting us in first of course)

Go blazers, I hate the Jazz and their immature following on this board.

well looks like the games sold out so wont be skippin work to go to the game but instead will be skippin work to watch the game at home :( oh well just hope its a good game, what's nice about being above .500 is even if we lose we will still be over .500 and worst case scenario we tie the season 2-2 against the jazz but as stated earlier it could come back to bite us if we lose. So heres wishing for a win and a nugget loss if they play ;)

I'm gonna enter a plea for all Blazer fans on this board to be good sports. Win or lose (although hopefully the former).

Who cares what other team's fans say?

I just HATE seeing our fans turn into gloating OR sniveling b-tches. Respect the game like a man and not like a kid.

With that said, this game is huge. For confidence heading into the road trip, for division positioning, and for erasing any demons left over from the streak ending.

Let's blow the Jazz out! On their game thread, they seem to believe that this is pretty much a guranteed win for them. Since we're 15-3 on our home floor, there's no way that they leave without being given a fight- with or without Roy-.

I feel pretty optimistic going into this game facing a Jazz team without Kirilenko. I feel is he has a lot bigger impact on the result of the games than people give him credit for. No AK means Roy will have a much easier time getting into the lane and hopefully getting Boozer into foul trouble.

I dont't think it is unfair to complain when you play the jazz. You pretty much know going in that they are going to be slapping and shoving and basically doing any dirty garbage they can get away with to try to intimidate the other team. On top of that they somehow get away with it. Its like the refs after a couple of quarters just let stuff slide. Its garbage and I have always hated the way Jerry Sloan coaches. I am glad He has never gotten coach of the year because he doesnt deserve it.The NBA is supposed to want a free flowing offensive game and yet they dont crack down on this kind of play from the jazz for some reason. That being said I think if roy plays we are able to get this one. Im going so I wont be complaining about the refs tonight because I typically dont get the replays enough to really know. But Ill just complain in advance since i know we are going to get screwed by the refs at least a little.

Oh and I dont care what the other teams fans say it is just annoying as hell to have them coming in here and talking trash on our board. Which hasnt been the case this time around but certainly was last time. I dont like our guys going over there either though. Heres to roy playing and a blazers victory.

WTF 4 games in 25 days? anyone else even played a team 3 times allready this year? Im not a predicter but by no means do we as jazz fans think we have this one locked up. We have been playing better since Kyle that is true but we always struggle with you guys, even last year I believe we lost 3-1 could be mistaken. Whats wrong with Roy?

Roy got pretty beatup in the bulls game, the main injury is a bruised tailbone I think. Hopefully he will play but gametime when we find out I think. As for playing the Jazz, yeah its been pretty intense little matchup with some many game in such a short amount of time. Honestly as a blazer fan im glad to get them out of the way, the Jazz strike me as a team that will get better in the 2nd half to the season then how they are playing now.

You guys have a great chance of winning this game, I respect the Blazers this season...

Hopefully Roy is healthy for the Blazers. At the same time, we're going to miss Kirilenko's 2 blocks, 5-7 assists, 10 points, 3-10 rebounds etc etc.

should be a good one.

I have a question, and i dont think this is against the rules... If it is, just edit it for me please mods...

Since the game is on NBA TV, does anyone know an official NBA TV stream for it? I am not talking about an illegal stream, but an actual NBA TV one. My stupid cable provider doesn't give us NBA TV.

Again, if this is against the rules, my apologies...

I don't think there are NBA TV streams. Maybe someone will know in the game chat
