I only think they will regret it if they are looking at him as a QB of the future. He proved yesterday he has a long ways to go to ever even be a decent starter in this league. Anytime that the Lions DLine got pressure on him he hung the ball out there for our secondary to go get it, so he didn't handle the pressure very well at all. Unfortunately for Minnesota however is they have no one better to go with at the QB position right now, maybe they have hopes of getting a free agent or even hopes of getting a decent QB in the draft next year. Either way their defense looked really good, but I think this game goes to prove that were going to give a lot of other teams all they can handle this year.

Actually, Jackson has looked better than I anticipated thus far. He's still got a lo-ong ways to go but he's making his reads quicker and delivering a more confident, catchable ball than I expected. More patience with his legs too. He is not helped by the absolute garbage MIN has at WR. Or the revolving door at RG, which allowed Rogers and Redding to dominate most of the game.
