Dumars drafting Kanter and Bensen would be a dream come true. Dumars not drafting a combo guard is just a dream.

Re: The Official 2011 Cammo Mock Draft Thread
I think the Kings will select Jones over Williams. As good Williams is, I see them solidifying the SF position first via draft (unless the King can sign a SF via FA). As much I like Casspi, I don't think he will be enough (he will be an awesome, awesome 6th man: Terry, Manu-variation; can start for some teams due to specific circumstances but he is suited as a valued reserve role though).
I mean, after this draft, they have PG/SG (whatever you classify Tyreke), Jones (SF/PF hybrid) & Cousins (PF/C) down. That's 3 guys that can be seen as franchise blocks. And you have a supporting casts that consists of: Casspi, Thompson, Landry, Dally, Whiteside, Beno, Cisco, Greene & Pooh. Plus ~30M of cap space that the Kings have.
Whoever the draft choice that the Kings pick, this is going to be a significant step for the Kings organization in terms of moving forward.

Fixed it for you Cammo, You may need to adjust the picks you made though now as I doubt Minnesota drafts Trey Thompkins and I actually think they would take Joseeph with that 17th pick which enables them to go with somone else at the 19th.
Minnesota Owns Memphis' pick (top 14 protected) and Utahs Pick (top 16 protected) next year while they opwe their second round pick to Miami due to the Beasely deal.
"That's why the last two years weren't guaranteed," Walsh said. "Either way, he knew it could have happened either way."

I'm probably overdue for a trade included makeover, but the other draft sites don't seem to have updated for this either and I usually just steal their order.

Do you see Vesely, if he gets drafted, staying overseas? Or is almost a certainty that he gets bought out of his contract?

You don't think Williams could play SF? I've read conflicting views (and know only what I've read, I haven't watched him closely this year).
I'd imagine that if the Kings remain in this position in terms of draft order and need, a great SF workout with Williams, Jones, and perhaps Barnes, Vesely and Hamilton, would be telling.

In some situations, yes. But the few times I've seen him, he doesn't really have the ball handling to play SF consistently yet.
Jones to me, is the better "SF" than Williams.

Why would you say that?
Barnes was a vastly overhyped prospect, I would take Hamilton over him without thinking twice.

Prediction for a player who's likely to move up: Brandon Knight. He's finally starting to play like a PG.
Going down: Kemba Walker. Not a good sign when a small guard shoots too much - and I don't buy the excuses.

Agreed on both, especially Knight.
I've been touting him on a couple sites and a few boards the last couple weeks, he fell out of favor for whatever reasons on the major mocks and still is, some of the reasons justified, but I think it's crazy guys like Kemba and Jimmer are getting top 10 love and Knight is in the late teens to mid 20's.
He goes top ten IMO, no chance he falls further.
Kemba and Jimmer are big minute spark plug 6xth men IMO that might be defacto starters for a season or two due to what team picks them. I think both can be impact players, coveted players during their careers, but neither is much of a point guard, yet that's the knock on Knight and to me he is the better prospect by a wide margin.
To me, Brandon Knight projects as a career starting point guard on a very good team if he winds up in the right situation and has perennial top 10 point guard potential. Not really a franchise guy or anything like that, but he could be a star and certainly could wind up as a mirror image of Chauncey Billups.
Right now he reminds me of an efficient scoring, more out of control Kirk Hinrich with room for a ton of improvement.
I really like the kid a lot.
If the Nets wind up in the 5th through 9 range he would be one of the top guys on my board.

Does Faried really have the upside to be a lotto pick?

Wrong question. In this draft, he probably should be picked towards the end of the lotto. In an average draft, he wouldn't.
