But unfortunately the damage is done.

Regardless if people really want to believe that he got paid off or whatever conspiracy theory they believe, the bottom line is there nothing can be done to rectify what happened.

It's really upsetting that he didn't even think twice about rewarding such a BS flop attempt.

The World Cup is always officiated poorly. I can't believe you guys don't think that's because the quality of referees compared to domestic league is abysmal. Really? You think that referees that officiate high speed matches with big pressure, big names, and big personalities, week-in and week-out are comparable to referees from mediocre to horrendous domestic matches? That's absurd.
