The Nets don't have to fire him right away. The Bucks expect him to run their team. They need him more than us at this point.

The Bucks already have people running their team though. If Milwaukee simply waits, the Kidd-Brooklyn relationship will tear the team apart. They have to fire him at this point. If Milwaukee gives up anything of actual value, these new owners are a bigger joke than the old one.

If Milwaukee wants to help pay for some of Kidd's buyout or whatever, that's fine. And they can throw in a 2nd rounder too and it'll be alright. But a 1st round pick, no matter the protection, would be one of the dumbest moves in NBA history.

worse for the bucks, lame duck coach and president who know the writing is on the wall.

both teams will want to resolve it, im sure there will be compensation and quick movement

i dont think money is a factor for the nets.

1st round picks are a factor for MIL, however. "Kidd the Basketball GM" isn't like getting R C Buford or Sam Presti.
