I have to hope we signed Dekker to a vet min and have both MLE/BAE to use.

Dekker may be a pleasant surprise and it’s probably a vet min deal, so I have no qualms there. If he’s getting more than the vet min, it’s probably a BAE deal which is also pretty harmless from a financial standpoint.

This doesn’t give us any idea on our direction but it probably does mean that Watson is gone.

It seems likely that the delay in any announcement from the teams about Lowry is finding a home for Dragic. As more free agents come off the board a potential destination for Dragic will become clearer and clearer.

Just bring in Khem Birch and Malik Monk and you still have a solid roster. Dragic is actually still a useful player

They probably have pick compensation in the deal that depends on whether he can be moved. Like a second round pick becomes a first round pick if he can’t be sent to a third team.

I dont care about FA this offseason as it is another tank year, but they definitely cant keep Dragic and should definitely not keep Siakam as they will just hurt the lottery chances. Actually they should just have let Lowry walk, S&T could have hurt us.
