For me , I think the lack of a center is a real thing. We are basically playing without a real center the entirety of the game. We wont win like that. Not only do we stop the points in the paint with a center, but we can get a lot more rebounds as well. Precious and Mitch are huge pieces. We are playing without a real big, other than KAT who is more of a stretch 4
Boston, Dallas, GSW. All very good teams that have only one big in their starting line up.
Our offense was predicated on second chance points. Mitch and ihart feasted on the boards for us, giving us chance after chance to score. Defensively Mitch locked the paint down. We need that dood back man. And precious as well. Mikal needs to step up on defense now, its concerning.
Our rebounding was great last year but we missed so many shots, therefore had so many opportunities to get offensive boards. As you say, predicated on second chance points. I rather get the ball in the first time
I truly hope Mitch comes back and adds plenty of value to this team. But even when healthy, he has terrible hands and cannot shoot FTs.
Precious I like. I think he will be they key addition that is currently unavailable
