I agree with this 100%. I would also rule out any assistant coach that has no head coaching experience.

He’s kind of viewed as the 3rd guy when it comes to the offense.

Wes Phillips is the OC, but he’s kind of viewed as just a figure head.

KOC clearly runs everything. McCown is viewed very very highly and he’s viewed as the #2 guy on the offense.

Udinski is basically KOC’s and McCown’s assistant.

He’s like McVay was to Shanahan in DC and how KOC was to McVay in LA.

Dude is going to get an OC job either this year or next. I watch a lot of Vikings podcasts and insider stuff. Dude is apparently viewed as one of the next super young offensive minds.

I was obviously joking about Ass Chin being perfect for the next coach of the Cowboys, but really...THINK ABOUT IT!

See the passion? The INTENSITY?! THE FACT HE'S HOLDING UP 3 FINGERS?!!! (also try to avoid gazing directly into the Ass Chin, it is known to lead to some very dark places)

Three fingers!!! That is almost exactly how many decades it has been since the Cowboys won a SB(or got close to one)!!!

He can cheer for the Chiefs but at the end of the day he’s a Dak and Jerry fan. I mean he talks about them more than anyone here. Now he’s admitting to spending hours at home thinking about them. That’s a fan.
