magette was still on the board for several reasons at this point. his contract and shooting %. there was actually an article a few weeks ago about how, conract to productivity wise, hes one of the top 5 worst in all of the nba. i ike him tho and he still has some value

Trust me bro... don't be so hard on posters. Be happy that we have a bat going. Some jobs have MORE responsibility than others. You don't want to discourage posters from participating in future bats because of over the top criticism and pressure.

This should be fun and enjoyable. We are all human and we all make mistakes...

It is, and I get it, but some people have been trading just for the sake of trading. I have nothing against them, but they are the same people that can't keep up with their picks and then suggest that eyriq and SOUL haven't been updating the picks in the main page, as if it was "their job".

Just keep up with your picks, whatever you do with them is your decision.

I love when people say "I work" or "I'm too busy".

You either make time to do this or you don't. It has nothing to do with work, home life, or anything else. It's about making the time. If you can't, don't volunteer to play.

I work 12-14 hours a day as general manager of the 2nd busiest steak n shake in the company. It's by no means a glamorous job and is one I actually can't wait to get out of, but it's a ton of work. I'm also planning a wedding every day. I have a lot going on, just like everyone else involved in this game. Those that are active make time, those that aren't choose not too and should not have signed up.
