Not that I am suggesting.... But what if we stand pat and roll out this....
Wolters
Mayo
Giannis
Parker
Sanders
Knight
Henson
Middleton
Ersan
How many games does that team win? 30?

Re: Bucks looking at Bledsoe, probably.
I don't get why everyone is so hung up on getting a true PG/floor general on this team. If you can get the next Chris Paul/Steve Nash, great. But all-star caliber "true" PGs are a dying breed. And a team with Jabari and Giannis as the forwards, with their ball-handling and play-making abilities, doesn't really need one. I actually think Knight fits really well with those two. He stretches the floor so Jabari and Giannis can work and they all can share in the scoring and play-making opportunities. Knight doesn't need to have the ball in his hands all the time to be effective, and that allows you to utilize the unique strengths of our young forwards. That said, I wouldn't mind Bledsoe on this team at the right price (i.e. not the max). I think a Kyle Lowryesque deal (4/$48m) sounds about right. I would just sign him to an offer sheet and call Pheonix's bluff. If they match, no big deal.

The part that I keep wondering is...Does Bledsoe have interest in MKE?

Knight will b starting pg until Wolters shows more consistency on his jumper, but if mayo has a normal year a bounce back year I could see them winning 30 ish.
To be honest if mayo has a average year this past season bucks win more than 15 games.Knight was their only scorer last year

This would be insane. What in the Hell?
You dudes are probably just jealous you didn't come up with this deal first. Clears out the worst of our contracts and guarantees a top three pick in 2015. Also puts us in prime position for free agency next summer and beyond. Sometimes I marvel at my own genius.
Cavs already own Kings first round pick.

You and Baddy must be the same people. You cant counter any points, just silly insults. If you watched any of the Bucks games after Ramon was put in the starting rotation he look really good. He costs 4-5 million per season and has no baggage. Tell me why the bucks should spend 12 million + for the same type player who is only 3 years younger?
C'mon man. You can't call Sessions and Bledsoe "the same player" and expect somebody to give you an intelligent response.

I bet he's not because his #1 priority is going to be money and I don't think they can offer him anywhere near the max with their cap holds and previous signings.

I can counter your points pretty easily....
a) 3 years would be a pretty big age difference for a rebuilding team. But it's actually closer to 4 years difference. Pretty easy to spot bias when there's convenient rounding of numbers.
b) they aren't the same type of player really. Bledsoe is known for his outstanding defense, whereas that's a weakness for Ramon. Ramon is also more ball dominating as an offensive player.
c) even if they were the same type of player, Bledsoe is much better in that style then. Bledsoe had a Roland Rating of +4.6, Sessions +0.9 and +0.4.
That's why we should be willing to pay much more for Bledsoe. He moves the needle, Sessions does not. And we are in position to acquire potential needle movers as we are assembling a core. Decent players like Sessions will only hinder the Bucks' chances of doing that thru lowering their draft pick, so he'd actually have negative value for a team in the Bucks' situation. Signing Bledsoe on the other hand would be like drafting an older top 5 pick.

I would be on the Bledsoe train if he got 4/48 like Lowery. Otherwise I just dont think spending money especially that much is a good idea.

@stevekylerNBA: “@jmkurcz: Are the bucks still looking to upgrade at pg? And who are they targeting there?” --> yes, may bid on Bledsoe.
The Bulls are the absolute worst.

I just don't think the bid goes anywhere. They need to push the S&T if they could get Bledsoe to campaign to come here.
Going into Doc Holiday's post from the other thread, I'm not sure I can take Knight and Wolters at PG this year either. I guess I could if we are going to super tank, but an upper tier PG could turn this thing around.

Supposedly the Heat wouldn't have room to offer Bledsoe the max? Don't know if that's true but that would help the Bucks a little. I still agree with PP though, I think the Bucks only real shot at this is to work out a sign and trade.

Nor do the Heat have the assets to do a S&T. They've literally got nothing to offer. No players to offer. No picks. Their 2015 first rounder is going to Cleveland.
Bucks are the logical team for this if they'd give up Knight and Henson. PHX still may say no, but I think they think about it at least.

I dont know if Jabari, Giannis, Bledsoe would be enough to beat that team.
Our rebuild just got that much harder.
Your argument doesn't make much sense.
Yes, Cleveland is going to be much better, but Miami is going to be much worse. Power just shifts in the conference from one team to another. This has no effect on our rebuilding process.
Honestly I would feel pretty good about our core in three years beating the Miami Heat of last year if things went right. Now three, potentially four with Love young impact players are with the Cavs in our division.

If the Bucks can't get Bledsoe at the least I'd like to get Ennis.
But if the Suns are having second thoughts about investing that much money in their backcourt I don't see many other teams with the mix of cap space and young players we could offer.

I'm not going to say the money is meaningless, but think of it this way:
2014-2015: he's probably the only signing anyways.
2015-2016: not much space whether he got 12/year or 16/year (could change with clearing moves. If so, see 2016-2017).
2016-2017: tons of space regardless before we have to load up on Parker/Giannis.
2017-2018: if things are going well, our billionaire owners extend all of the young big 3 before/after this season. After that you're in contender mode with only MLE/trades as options. This is Bledsoe's last year. EDIT: you don't even have to think about paying Parker yet at that point.
If you think Bledsoe's the guy. Spend the extra 4/year to get him. The next 2 years we don't have much for cap space anyways and the 2 after that the extra 4 million won't kill you since only 4 guys are under contract and Giannis/Parker will be finishing up their rookie deals.

Why don't the Heat have room to offer the max? I think they will once Wade signs. They haven't actually signed anybody else yet. Their roster right now is Bosh and Norris Cole.

Re: Bucks looking at Bledsoe, probably.
Instead of giving up an asset to get Delly. Why dont we get the same exact player from Golden State for nothing... Aaron Craft. I know, lots hate him but like Delly he would be the true unselfish floor general with hustle and energy we need to set up our other playmakers.. He plays great defense and would pair well with Wolters on a rebuilding team. Not to mention his shot has supposedly greatly improved.

I'm going under the assumption they are paying $25mm combined for Wade and Luol Deng as their primary targets at the moment, plus resigning Haslem as his payback.
