1. DeAndre has become ridiculously overrated.
2. He will continue to be because he's now gone back to the team that has the perfect pieces to make him look good.
3. Yeah, it's a **** thing to do to go back on your word, but we all have changes of heart sometimes. Nothing he should be crucified over. Criticised, yes.
4. Clippers would have still been better than the Mavs had he gone to Dallas.

Changing your mind happens. It's not ideal, especially if you gave your word, but I can understand this. However, not even having the courage to tell this to the face of the people who wine&dined you and you made a promise to them. They flew to Houston just so he would hear them out one more time. He didn't even answer his phone, and one of those guys is his friend. I mean, I am not a perfect human being, far from it. But I would have met them face to face and told them. No question about it.
