Knight isn't a PG to me. He seems more Eric Gordon than Chauncey Billups.

Wrong question. In this draft, he probably should be picked towards the end of the lotto. In an average draft, he wouldn't.

I haven't followed him very closely to be perfectly honest, but all I see is a more athletic Reggie Evans. Great rebounder but doesn't seem to show any other NBA level skills. Undersized to play the 4. Puts up big #s but against weak competition.

I could easily see him being a mid/late first but lotto is too high.

He just signed a long term deal in Europe. Which likely took him from mid to late 2nd rounder to undrafted.

I think you have Faried about 10 spots too high. I especially can't see a team out there that would take Faried over Leonard.

Even he's a legit 6'10", he only weights 210lb. But he's super athletic and long, i think he'll be a good partner of Greg Monroe in hte frontcourt

Minor detail, but I don't think CJ Leslie would be in the draft if he is a second rounder.

I concur with that top tier - with the possible exception that I'd include Kanter in it. Honestly, I haven't seen enough of Kanter to have a strong opinion there.

By the way, has there ever been a non-freshman player who climbed up on your board within a season as much as Derrick Williams? Looking at your mock at page 5(from 2nd of November), he was projected at 40. That's quite a rise.

I'm not sure anyone has moved from the mid-second round to the #1 spot since I have been doing this. Though other players have made similar leaps. Brandon Roy made a similar run to the top a few years back.

Often times underclassmen are not in my 2nd round because they likely would just return to school. So it makes it hard to really tell how often guys really make giant moves up. I don't remember anyone but Roy making a big move into the top 5 though. It is one thing to move from the second round to the lotto, but another to actually get in the top 3-5. That is very tough because it is often athleticism based and rarely are guys that athletic in the second round of mocks for very long.

Agree, he seems like an arbitrary person to leave off compared to say Tristan Thompson or Kwahi Leonard.

FY1- Denvers 2nd rounder belongs to Detroit. I like this draft for Detroit, I do still see T. Jonas as a PF though and I like local guy Keith Benson as well. I havent seen Kanter play but if he looks good in workouts and his knee cheks out then I cant see Det passing on him, if not though T. Jones will be fine.
