I was looking at my player mixes, and it kills me that DeRozan is so close to being an elite player if he had VanVleet's decision making.

3:21, that's an amazing playmaking play for DeMar; drawing all that defensive attention while patiently biding his time for JV to get open. But that's a standard one for Fred. Too often though when he's under duress like this he'll back out, force an ISO situation, and hoist up a mid ranger.

I used Allmax Quickmass. It's definitely pretty pricey. But I gained 10 pounds fairly quickly while on it. Also got some of that weight from creatine though.

I'd get Optimum Nutrition if you get a good deal on it. ON is considered to be one of the top brands in the industry. At least their whey protein powders are. I used to drink those until they started getting too pricey. Now I just get those cheaper ones from costco lol.

Allmax Quickmass is actually cheaper than ON Serious Mass on Amazon, might pick one up and try it

Which flavor is the best? I've had protein shakes before and there have been times where the taste is so bad l I don't even wanna drink it

my $0.02:
Used ON Serious mass, can confirm it works. That being said, I'd suggest you guys ween off mass gainers. They are full of literally garbage calories with numerous additives/sugars. Always read the labels and see the stuff that shakes contain. Most products are like 10% beneficial, 90% full of filler crap (same with vitamins, preworkouts, etc).

Easiest way consume mass calories would be throwing peanut butter and bananas into your protein shakes. I found those calories to be alot more "cleaner" (literally easier on the stomach, no gassy/bloated feeling) and you know what's going into your system. You are what you eat!

DeMar is a guy who is average at everything, but great at nothing

Wouldn't say he's average at everything, he's well below average defensively and below average 3pt shooter.

And, as a "DeRozan hater" I will admit he's still a great finisher due to his elite footwork. Gets to the line at a high level, and can do a lot in the mid range area (Post up, mid range jumpers, floaters, forcing fouls, etc)

He’s terrible at dribbling and passing out therefore minizing his ability around the rim

Nice post, 100% agree. I try to stay away from as many supplements as I can, the only real "benefit" to these things is the rate at which you gain weight anyways. But there's no rush to it, just eat clen and tren hard and you'll build muscle incrementally. Lean meats, clean carbs, veggies, whey protein (only supp I use), lift heavy and the results will come.

I like cookies and cream if I'm only drinking that powder by itself. But lately, I've started buying vanilla. I end up mixing it with fruits, peanut butter and greek yogurt. Vanilla mixes the best with other stuff. It's always nice to change the taste up.

It's the end of my journey but it's time to begin a new.

The Leftovers 9/10 and a top 5 show of all time for me.

One of the most gratifying ends to a TV show since Rectified and 6 feet under. The last 10-15 mins was a fitting microcosm of this show bringing the actors and viewers right back to the beginning.

Do you have faith? Can the truth be objectively true? Does it really matter in the end? Is it not the process that matters? We're all struggling to live in a world without answers but lots of us create our own.

Is it about explaining away the miracles, freak occurrences, and day to day convos we endure or focusing on how these things affect us? Is it our struggles that give meanings to our lives? All we have is a hope. In a world where love and grace can help us keep our heads high in the face of terrorist attacks, economic downturns, and more uncertainty.

Where do we go from here man?

Yeah the flavor is dependent on the person. Back when I used the mass gainer I used the gnc brand which was pretty good (chocolate).

Even better when you blend with a banana. Serious mass is also a good brand.
