It's not because Ben Simmons is garbage. When will Sixers brass and Sixers fans realize this guy is just nothing more than a role player.
Players on 25% or higher (of the cap) contracts cannot be role players.
I realize nothing big is happening during the year. But unless they win the title, come the summer, they really need to trade Simmons.

Doesnt matter. You cant go through someones chest. Good call.
All I saw was both Rubio and Korkmaz hit the deck.

That was a horrific showing from Simmons on offense, he was almost always on the low block when the ball wasn't in his hands and basically allowed Baynes to play a 1 man zone. He just refuses to leave the baseline area on offense, I thought he wasn't going to hang out in the dunkers spot as much, yet all I saw him doing is setting a screen then immediately going to the dunkers spot when he didn't have the ball.

Simmons 2-8. No shot further than 4 feet. That’s the difference in this game. Well that and his shifty D on Booker

Suns stink. We stunk more. They're not making the playoffs. I do declare.

5-1. Booker went off and the Suns played well. No Embiid.

Teams are going to give us their best shot every night because there is a good chance we are the best team in the league. At least we got the L out the way so we can focus on the bigger picture for the season. Good teams lose to inferior teams sometimes, it's not the end of the world.

He doesn't have the mentality to be a scorer. Clear as day, we overpayed for a Rajon Rondo like player, who should make no more than 100 million in this market.

More venting.
Maybe they should’ve listened to Jo and kept Jimmy and Redick, and traded Ben and let Tobias walk?

Like I've been telling dudes for two seasons now, Korkmaz should be in our creation core.
The only three players on a roster that can go on the ball and score from multiple levels are Tobias Harris, Furkan Korkmaz and Trey Burke.
Everyone else is useless in the halfcourt.

The guy they got to replace Jimmy was the only reason we were in this game.

He's not on that contract yet, and he certainly has a much bigger impact on the game than Harris does, who is on an even bigger deal.
I've gotta stay away from game threads when they lose. The takes annoy me more than the actual loss
