The 15th man on NBA rosters can score 30 per game in the Gleague.

Enrique Freeman the 50th pick who has ZERO offensive game scored 28 points last night in the Gleague.
JD Davidson puts up 30+ frequently.
Nick Smith Jr had multiple 30+ games last week.
Brice McGowens had 46 and Cam Christie had 38 in the same game the other day.
Kevin Knox had 39.

Like good for him, maybe it gets his confidence up but in the grand scheme of things it means nothing to his talent level.
If he struggled in the Gleague that would actually mean more because anyone can throw up points down there.

If a guy drafted in the top three DOESN'T completely dominate the G-League, I would be worried.

Seems the main issue for him is that his handle is quite bad for a player his size. He picks up his dribble so much.

isaiah collier who might legit be the worst shooter in nba history after 30+ games and 15+ mpg (it would be interesting to see, but i can't imagine anybody worse), put up 36 on 15-18 FGs in a g league game this year.

What is the path to him working out at as the #3 pick? Seems like his best chance is he is traded and given an opportunity, but this season was really bad.

I know there are people who will point to the lack of playing time because Houston is so good, but Aaron Holiday isn't a guy you should be struggling to beat out if you are actually good at basketball. His shooting was really bad, 37% from 2 or 36/97, only 8.8% of his shots came at the rim, he settled for a bunch of terrible midrange shots because he couldn't get to the rim and because he couldn't threaten anyone off the dribble he shot 34% from three after shooting 52% in college.

So FVV is back, we are expecting Reed to play another minor role off the bench in yr 2? How many top 5 picks just didn't play as rookies and then all of sudden in yr 3 they are awesome?
