Reddick saw the lineups that worked and didn't and made changes fast. He's actually active during games, and now he has found an elite defense with 40 year old Bron and fat Luka in it. He certainly has his credit on making the team mesh as fast as they did.
Don't even mention them in the same page ever again. They don't even belong in the same library. Reddick is a great coach. Ham was just a potatoe.
As mentioned by other intelligent people that are not OP, the thread is now irrelevant as the Lakers have given Reddick a roster that is completely different in it's construction, but up until that trade, as confirmed by others, Reddick and Ham were on essentially the same W/L trajectory.
