This is a terrible loophole that coaches have taken advantage of the last few years. The NBA needs to fix it.

The weirdest thing to me is when a coach challenges a foul, its a successful challenge, but they call the foul on another player on the same team. Like how is that allowed? If they didn't call a foul on that player, they shouldn't be able to do it on a challenge (unless its reviewing an offensive vs defensive foul).
