The Chicago Bulls and Cleveland Cavaliers have finally come to a deal, ironically.

Bulls outgoing / Cavaliers incoming:

Jordan Crawford $1,042,320
Sheldon Williams $854,389
Brian Scalabrine $854,389
Sherron Collins $473,604
Total: $3,224,702 x 1.25% + 100,000 = 4,130,878 (Maximum Incoming)

Cleveland outgoing / Chicago Incoming:

Anthony Parker $2,855,769
Christian Eyenga $1,020,960
2011 2nd round pick from OKC
Total: $3,876,729

Salaries work, bearly.

Why?
Its a sad day in the Chi - Town. Losing Scalabrine will set this franchise back, but we feel we can rebuild fast. We also feel that Eyenga's potential / value / ceiling is about the same with Crawfords, if not more, so Anthony Parker is icing on the cake for us. Good dealing Cleveland.

I do not think this trade will work, even after with waiving all those guys, Cleveland currently has 15 players on their roster and can not do this trade untill they waive 2 more players

so trade is on hold untill Cleveland waives 2 more players in addition to the 7 that he has already waived

Trade #61

Suns cut Siler prior to trade.

The Phoenix Suns, New Jersey Nets, and New York Knicks have agreed upon a deal.

The Nets send Jared Jeffries ($6,883,800), and Derrick Favors ($4,133,280) in exchange for Josh Smith ($11,700,000) and Orlando's 2011 1st Round Draft Pick.

Nets Outgoing: $11,017,080
Nets Incoming: $11,700,000

The Knicks send Evan Turner ($4,602,720) , Timofey Mozgov ($3,567,096), JJ Hickson ($1,528,920), 2011 Utah 2nd in exchange for Derrick Favors ($4,133,280) and Jared Jeffries ($6,883,800).

Knicks Outgoing: $9,698,736
Knicks Incoming: $11,017,080

The Suns send Josh Smith ($11,700,000), and Orlando's 2011 1st in exchange for Evan Turner ($4,602,720) , Timofey Mozgov ($3,567,096), JJ Hickson ($1,528,920), Utah 2011 2nd.

Suns Outgoing: $11,700,000
Suns Incoming: $9,698,736

Suns accept, again, we're doing any deal that makes any sort of sense for us. Here we feel Turner needs a change of scenery, and a piece we can move forward building with. Hickson has been terrific lately showing that potential people were talking about.

#62: PHI and ORL have a deal to announce.

To PHI:
David Lee ($10,800,000)
Hidayet Turkoglu ($10,215,850)
Acie Law ($633,253)
Daniel Orton ($1,028,400)
ORL 2014 1st round pick

Total: $22,677,503

To ORL:
Jrue Holiday ($1,627,920)
Spencer Hawes ($2,974,320)
Leandro Barbosa ($7,100,000)
Mehmet Okur ($9,945,000)

Total: $21,647,240 * 1.25 = $27,059,050

Deal works!

Why for PHI??
Although it's tough to part with Holiday, we're happy with what we are getting in return. Lee will give us a dominant big guy that we have been looking for. Orton and Law are great prospects for our rebuilding team. And Turkoglu, well he'll be a good backup, but we don't like his contract. But in return we get rid of 2 big contracts (barbosa, okur) so its all good. Good dealing ORL.

As a follow up deal, the Phoenix Suns and Philadelphia 76ers have agreed upon a trade.

The Suns send Timofey Mozgov ($3,567,096) and a Phoenix 2013 1st in exchange for O.J. Mayo ($4,456,200).

Suns Outgoing/Sixers Incoming: $3,567,096 X 1.25 = $4,458,870
Sixers Outgoing/Suns Incoming: $4,456,200

Deal Works!

Suns accept, we like the fit of Mayo next to Turner in the backcourt, and already have Bargs/Hickson upfront.

PHI accepts. With the loss of 2 centers in the last trade, Mozgov will bring lots of talent and even more potential for the future. The 1st round pick is nice too.

Pending approval of #59:

Washington in / Philadelphia out:
Thaddeus Young - $2,901,241

Philadelphia in / Washington out:
Nick Young - $2,630,503

Washington accepts. If we're going to overpay a Young as an RFA this year, we prefer that it be Thad, who's playing really well. His athleticism will fit beautifully along with John Wall and Javale McGee.

PHI accepts. Nick Young is playing out of his mind, and we needed a SG. A perfect fit. We were going to trade Thad anyway, and this was the best deal.

The Indiana Pacers and Phoenix Suns have agreed upon a two part trade.

The Suns send Grant Hill ($3,240,000) in exchange for Pacers TPE acquired from Murphy trade ($3,240,000 OF THE $3,458,413).

Deal Works!

In part 2 of the deal, the Suns send Mo Williams ($9,000,000) in exchange for Darren Collison ($1,361,040) and James Posey ($7,148,800).

Suns Outgoing/Pacers Incoming: $9,000,000
Pacers Outgoing/Suns Incoming: $8,509,840

Deal Works!

Suns accept, we were hoping for an actual expiring for Mo, but we like how Collison fits with our future plans.

Indiana accepts.

We are glad to get rid of Posey's unproductive contract. We also get two pieces that fit well with our goal to win now. Grant Hill will become a perfect sixth man, while Williams provides an upgrade at PG.

The nets agree
Basically we were looking for someone to play next to Lopez and found that man in Josh Smith. His abilities play perfectly next to Brook. We were hoping for more for Favors but realized his value was not as high as originally thought. I think this is a good return and hopefully we find a hidden gem in the late 1st with the Orlando pick.

Accept. We love Derrick Favors's potential to be our future center next to Love. We gave up a lot, but a lineup of Jennings/Fields/Aminu/Love/Favors has unlimited potential.

The Phoenix Suns, Golden State Warriors, Minnesota Timberwolves, Portland Trailblazers, and Houston Rockets have agreed upon a BLOCKBUSTER!

1.) Suns trade Gani Lawal to Golden State for free, as he's a minimum contract.

2.) Minnesota trades Royal Ivey ($1,200,000) in exchange for GS TPE from Watson deal.

3.) The Rockets trade Chase Budinger ($780,871) to the Suns in exchange for TPE.

All this is prior to the trade, taking two players, GS's roster is at 14.

Then...

4.)

The Rockets trade Brad Miller ($4,400,000) in exchange for Marquis Daniels ($2,388,000).
**Works as Rockets are taking less than they are outgoing.

The Golden State Warriors trade Jeremy Lin ($473,604), Marquis Daniels ($2,388,000), and Francisco Elson (854,389) in exchange for Brad Miller ($4,400,000).
**Warriors Outgoing: $3,715,993 = $4,644,991. ** Warriors Incoming: $4,400,000

The Timberwolves accept Jeremy Lin for free (minimum) - HAVE ROSTER SPACE

The Blazers accept Francisco Elson for free (minimum) - HAVE ROSTER SPACE

---

Suns accept, we like Budinger as a young replacement SF to Hill.

Rockets accept

Rockets accept. As much as we hate to lose Chase Budinger's three point shooting, we needed to open a roster spot and by shedding salary in the deal, it's even better than I could have imagined.

Confirmed.

We could use some depth at center and power forward.

This is pending on the Billups trade being approved to open up my roster spot.
