I don't think Burks would be a bad pick for us if that's the way things shake out. There seem to be a lot of guys that should be pretty decent fits so the pick is definitely a keeper unless it's part of a bigger deal which gets us someone we really like.

Report on Biyombo's workout today in CHA. Apparently he looked good:

http://aol.sportingnews.com/nba/feed/20 ... ongo-spain

Kind of funny how it talks about his O looking better than advertised and some acute areas of improvement needed on the D end. Some video, too.

who the hell knows whats going to happen tomorrow.

Watching ESPN now... Fredette on GSW draft board? What the hell? I rather have Walker instead.

Fredette just a smokescreen (hoping that Sac grabs him to prevent us from getting him, haha).

Jonas Valanciunas looks like what Biedrin was when he was in Europe. The difference is Jonas can shoot free throws. That said, an Andris Biedrins before he lost his confidence with an ability to shoot free throws is something this team could use.

You forgot how bad Beanbag was his first season? He was Bismack without the defense or offense, just a human fouling machine.

Last draftexpress mock for this night has us taking Marcus Morris. Who I wouldn't mind having at all. U can do all kind of things matchup wise and he's not a whimp

SAS probably targetting Jonas Valanciunas at 10-11-12.
That is the way they got Tiago Splitter.
So what if he arrives 1-2 years out?

If you watch him closely, Jonas score mostly on dishes off of the guards. He is also really skinny right now. He is definitely a better prospect than Biedrins was at the same age but the similarities are there.

If we draft Jonas then lets make sure Biendris is gone before Jonas comes. We don't want another drug/sex addict on our team.

Why would we base our draft on what we thought their first season would look like?

If the Jonas Brother is there at 11, we take him and be happy that he fell that far. I don't think we can pass him up as he's young, has upside, plays center, and looks like a basketball player. Not a guy who could end up being a basketball player.

I agree. I don't think he will drop that far though as I see a few of the lottery teams being able to wait a year or two for him like the Raptors, Pistons, and even wizards.

Let's talk 2nd round picks at #44.

David Lighty SG from Ohio State.

Jordan Williams - PF from Maryland. 6'9 247lbs. Big and strong.

Shelvin Mack, Josh Selby, Malcom Lee, Nolan Smith - back up point guards, but I don't think any of them will last that long. We really need to address Curry's backup.

5 new pages!

Theres a reason I avoid last day draft info.

Remember when Singleton was in the 20's and I said we would be lucky to get him at 11? Ya well, check the mocks....

Lighty has been my guy since day one... but if Selby is there its a no brainer...

That being said, I don't think either will be there. However I do see Riley being active to get the guys he wants.

Draft time isn't the same without Sid, Khoee, ROWELL and St Nick.

I want to add Darius Morris to the mix of backup point guards. I seriously think the dubbs need to move up in the second round to nab one of these guys to be our backup point guard before they all get snatched up. Our depth at the guard position was horrible last season with Reggie Williams being the only solid guy, but he also played a lot of small forward. I don't mind if we draft two guards in this draft . Thompson at 11 and one of the point guards in 2nd round.

make it happen lacob.
