The NFL replay system is so moronic. It asks coaches to do the jobs the refs should be doing anyway and actively punishes them for it.

Mike is reckless with his challenges and generally unaware when it comes to game management. I would say he's among the worst in this area, but it seems commonplace with a lot of football coaches that they make decisions out of emotion and have mental lapses.
