I'm dead set against moving first round picks, especially when overall I don't consider us brimming with young talent overall, but this is the order I would go:
1. Look to move RJ for any expiring at all costs, doesn't matter what else is coming back with it
2. If we can't move RJ for an expiring, I look to move Ridnour for an expiring
3. If we can't move Ridnour for an expiring, then I would consider Gadz/1st for an expiring
4. If #3 isn't an option, then I reluctantly look to move CV in a Landry type deal (this option doesn't really excite me, as I'm not a big fan of undersized hustle PF's like Landry/Haslem/etc), but it's solid value for the contract.
5. #5 would be letting him walk for no compensation
Considering that Redd can't be traded, this is my order if I am Hammond:
1. Look to move Gadz and 1st round pick (no protection at all) for any expiring
2. Look to move Ridnour for an expiring
3. Look to move combination of Bell, Alexander, Allen for an expiring
4. Look to move RJ for expiring (with tear in my eye)
5. Trade CV for Landry or something like that
6. Quit/Resign (if I am not capable to do any of above then I should not be GM period)
That doesn't kill our chemistry at all.
