The organization and the team as a whole. Once Melo was gone PG saw that the limitations had nothing to do with Melo, but Russ and the team's play style. Either that is just Russ or it is Russ and the coaching. It doesn't mean PG had an issue with Russ, but he knew he couldn't get out of the first round with OKC and he wanted more. He just wasn't happy with the ceiling of the team. He enjoyed his time of being able to do whatever he wanted, but he grew to understand, like kd did, that you can't win like that.
There has to be structure, discipline, game planning, execution and awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of your team and your opponent. OKC has never displayed that under Donovan. Either that is Donovan or it is Presti telling his coach to let the players run the show. The problem is that if it is Donovan we can find that out quickly. If it is Presti then OKC has no hope unless they are just so much more talented than their opponent that they can overcome playing street ball in the NBA.
