I saw the Bucks potential pick is compared to Snell. ... Let's not.

Alec Burks, Tony Snell. Two players who have very little in common with each other much less Nesmith.

Vassell would be cool, but man, if a '24 1st with the Indy pick can move you up enough to nab one of Hayes/Haliburton.... Would have to think in this scenario that NOLA would consider moving back a few spots to add a future 1st.

Okoro stock soaring right now.

Why the hell is Ball dropping to 4? Everybody seems to like Edwards a lot more than I do.

His stock has taken a hit, but him being 4 here I think is just the nature of it being a mock rather than a BB. Why would Cleveland, Golden State or Atlanta take LaMelo unless you think he is in a clear tier above everyone? Edwards is a two-way volume scorer with a high ceiling that can log wing minutes for Cleveland, GS has been linked to WIseman and could use a talented big, Atlanta needs defense in the worst way and Okoro is rising rapidly (plus he's from ATL so it's fun), and finally LaMelo to the Knicks is just perfect for so many reasons.

I don't remember LaFrenz well enough to comment Poku, Maledon is very far from SGA, Exum was much, much worse at everything in comparison to Hayes, and I see Avdija much more as an all-around forwards with good passing than a 6'8" PG like Doncic.
Maledon very far from SGA in terms of where they are as players or very far from SGA in terms of they play absolutely nothing alike?

I think George Hill when I watch Maledon offensively, is that a better comp to you?

Sent from my SM-N950U using RealGM mobile app

Fwiw, Maledon's gone a combined 2 for 15 from the field the last 2 games. Avdija's been really good - though his to's have been high - he'll be long gone by the time the Bucks pick. At this point, it looks like Maledon will be there for the Bucks. Not sure he has much of a ceiling.

I think it's odd that Carey is rated 29th. He should go a lot higher than that - even with the devaluation of traditional centers. Maybe it's the Okafor effect - people really screwed up on his NBA potential. Carey's better than Okafor. Even his college stats are better, and he's clearly a better defender.

Much as I like Okoro... If I'm taking a guy 3rd I'd like to be able to make a reasonable claim that he could end up being the 3rd or better player coming out of that class. Okoro is solid, tough, and a winner, but he's just too unskilled for a wing to go that high. What is the case for taking over Ball, Okongwu, Haliburton? Position preference?

Also Jaden McDaniels is this year's Reddish. Stands out for his movement skills and coordination at his size, flashes some talent, but overall not even a good college basketball player.

Just wanted to chime in here because Reddish has been much improved recently. Imo it's not totally out of the realm of possibility that he becomes good.

Would suck to see 8 quality point guard prospects go before we get to pick.

Brogdon honestly looks old and slow out there. 47% TS over his last 20 games and that should go down after tonight.
