When we split with Dallas on a back-to-back, we went into it 14-15 and they were 14-14. Since the split, they are 27-11 and we are 25-14. Pretty insane stretches for both!

The whole top 7 of the west (minus GSW who have sucked,) are acting like they went to the same bonfire and someone put lighter fluid under their seats and lit their ****** on fire. Not sure I have ever seen this degree of sustained success at one time.

Impressive, but there have been a couple years in fairly recent memory that you needed to win at least 50 games to make the playoffs in the west. That is at least 61% win percentage for the entire year.

Of course Dinwiddie hits that shot. We're destined for the 7th seed.

I know it's risky being in the play-in, but being the 7th seed doesn't seem so bad going against the Grizz. We played them well all year and Ja vs Ant could be a legendary playoff match up.

I could see it becoming a rivalry with how young both teams are...I also think we can beat the Grizz in a 7 game series.

Curry foot/ankle injury opens a whole new set of doors. If the Warriors lose out (without Curry I could see it,) then the Wolves might catch them. They are 7 losses ahead of us, with 12 games to play. If we go 7-4 or 8-3 then we end with either 33 or 34 losses. Could the Warriors drop 10 or 11 without Curry? Of course nothing is confirmed yet regarding the injury. I found this on YouTube and thought I would share.

Could happen, but we have a tough 6-7 game stretch coming up against +.500 teams

I know, plus the Bulls as the last team we face this season. The other 3 are at Houston, home to Washington and home to the Spurs. Assuming we can handle the 3 sub .500 teams then we need either 5-3 or 4-4 against the over .500 teams. If we pull it off we end with either 33 or 34 losses. If Curry misses time I can see the Warriors losing a lot of games. Unfortunately their schedule is easier than I would prefer, but you never know.

I'm very happy to see the Wolves good again, you guys as Minny fans deserve it, I'm dead serious.

Curry out indefinitely with foot sprain. New doors opening. Also, assuming we do get 6 and GSW ends around 5th then our matchup could be Dallas or Utah.

The Athletic's No Dunks podcast (good listen) hosts today unanimously agreed the NBA should change the play-in roles because the Wolves shouldn't have to worry about a tournament to make the playoffs after their performance this year

Man, we will be pissed and all be on suicide watch if the Wolves somehow were to lose both games in the play in tournament. This would be the biggest blow in a long history of big blows this franchise and its fans have had to endure. If somehow the Lakers turn back the clock and their vets somehow all have a great game I will possibly get a heart attack or an aneurysm.

No. We’ll be fine.

Their record speaks for itself. They’ve improved significantly and for me, this year, that’s been more than enough.

I disagree. It would be unfortunate if it negatively impacts the Wolves, but I enjoy the premise, and you shouldn't change it just because it hurts one team.
