Randle has the most talent on the Knicks.
But it's been obvious since game 6 that Randle is mentally off sharing the ball and limelight with additional players.

Yes, the roster isn't that talented. Yes, it's not the best fit, as each of these guys kind of need the ball.

Exactly and that's what I always say. This guy is build like **** Lebron. He's an absolute specimen, plays 100 minutes a game. He could be one of the best players in the league if he could get out of his head.... We saw it with no fans. He was unbelievable.

Pretty common thing. Most good players who have contract years revert to who they were before the contract year. The best players get better every year and money doesn't matter.

Once you go down a tier to or two to the julius Randals of the league, it matters a lot. He played his ass off for a deal and earned every penny.

Now he doesn't have the same motivation to grind.
