Think he's a lot like Wiggins.. he'll do better when expectations are lowered. Think he's better defensively than he gets credit for too

Would you pay Green or kuminga 35M per year?

I would absolutely consider paying Green that.. I'd have to see more of him though. But I'm more inclined to pay a 2 way player who could be a good defender and good 3rd option than JK, who may have more scoring upside but less defensive impact

Jalen Green is a 2 way player that could be a good defender is a confusing statement. Are you saying Jalen Green is currently a two way player? A better defender than JK? Granted, I don't watch the rockets as much as the dubs but I've yet to see green take on the toughesr defensive assignments successfully against players like randle and ant. Green has eason, thompson, and brooks on his team so he rarely has to. JK is certainly not a consistent or reliable defender but is certainly impactful, on ball, in flashes.

What is green showing that jk isn't, defensively, I mean.

Potential to be a 2 way player, much like minnesota wiggins I think is what he was trying to say.

I'd say that last play was pretty telling.

Green instinctively dove for the ball like his life depended on it.
Jk watched and reacted late eventhough the ball was going to him.

I think green processes the game faster, has better footwork, and has better functional athleticism. Jk is much stronger.

This is true, just not sure about the two way potential and def not sure about the current defensive impact.

Jk reacts super late; it's his biggest flaw. Whether rebounding, defensively, or in loose ball situations, his reaction times seem to be slow, timid, or both. It's particularly weird for a guy that athletic and fluid at his size. He has real quick twitch burst in certain moments and seems robotic, even statuesque, at others. Usually, it's one or the other, but jk is weirdly both

Is this cup the reason the Warriors are only going to play 2 games in a 10 day stretch? Because if so... I've gone from indifferent to hating this stupid tourney

That's the silver lining of losing the Rockets game tho. Steph and Draymond look tired at the end of games and this will give them a break.
