realgm logic
shumpert + felton + future picks for irving

If the rumours are true, then his value is going to plummet. But maybe that package could get us Waiters.

i thought the rumor was that waiters punched irving in the face + irving doesnt like mike brown (and his systems)?

irving has been playing like garbage to begin this year. actually...thats most of the players on the cavs.

Apparently, Irving has been a total JR for more than a year and the players only meeting was because of him.

I'm pretty sure we will have to part with Chris Smith to get this deal done.

:-? well then...thats not good. if this is true, it says a good amount about his personality -- this never happened with lebron, if i recall correctly.

Wizards blew that game away. They just need to keep on tanking and draft a Parker or Wiggins if available to fill the SF slot...if not, go for a big. Hope for that youth movement panning out...although I don't like Wall's attitude. Beal is a trooper, though. I always thought Otto Porter would be a scrub his rookie season but the dude has been out since the summer with the most enigmatic injury...hope he's adding bulk in the meantime...

Those player only meetings are hit or miss. When the Rockets went on a losing streak last year, they called a players only meeting where Patrick Patterson called out Harden for his lack of defense. Now, a year later, Patterson has been traded and Harden still sucks on defense.

The meeting was about Harden's sticky ball syndrome, not about his defense.

Man, is it just me, or does anyone get the feeling that Dwight is really just a 14/12 center without all the late game hack parties? He picks up at least 4-8 points a game whenever the other team does that in a game (ie whenever the score differential is in single digits)

Wasn't it about both?

The funny thing is that it almost seemed like DMo was better at finesse posting up than Howard, since Olajuwon tutored both of them

Motiejunas came into the league with the moves. He's white Hakeem on the offensive end. I am not kidding.

Well from a fantasy hoops standpoint, Dwight Howard is not going to be that stat machine.

There's no need to run the offense exclusively through him when you have Chandler Parsons and James Harden killing it from outside. What Dwight does is collapse the D, so they get good looks. 25/7 for Dwight ain't bad when Terrence Jones is taking care of business.

It'd be pretty f*cked up and ironic if Denver ends up getting Jabari Parker out of the draft because of us.
