Chet is a cool guy and exiting player but I can't root for that super tank organization.
Every sorry ass team that tanked year after year after year can get a few young stars in the high lottery and become a decent team, but how is that impressive or deserving. It will just encourage more tanking.

There are definitely a lot of sorry ass teams who despite having been in the lottery for years can't build a winning team. Just some poorly run clubs. I don't feel like OKC is one of them. I do think Presti went a little too deep with the accumulation of draft picks, but his team is pretty much built now. They will stink next year and have a ticket to the Victor sweepstakes and that will likely be the last draft pick they can realistically add to their roster. I don't know how much draft capital they have left but they might be able to trade out to drafts several years out and just have a continuing pipeline of young players to add to this team as it starts having players enter their prime.

Chet looking human last game, friendly reminder even the future stars struggle at time in those early stages.
OKC got a steal in J.Williams looks like
I can only imagine what we would have dome with all those high picks..

Imagine what a Giannis or Embiid / Zion will do to a young Chet.
If OKC is smart they should slide him to SF this early in his career. Stretch 5 or 4 is a bit too much for his body this early.

Shannon cld happily jerk bron off for hours, while Skip cld sh*t on him for days, unapologetically
If u don't want 2b here, the way things work, u don't like it, then don't b here. U have 2 stand on something. If Miami ain't standing on something, they become alot of these organizations trying 2 find their identity. This is the culture, bro -Wade

Damn, didn't realize Mulder was 28yo. We really shouldn't be giving him the minutes we've been giving him in SL.
Dudes getting 23mpg and taking 13FGAs a game.
I'd much rather be giving guys like Adaway, Hamilton, Cain or Bouyea more run instead.

I get how Beal gets #)($ on for staying in Washington but has anyone looked at what they're doing? They seem to be getting to the point with their rotation where they won't have to put a below average on the court and actually have a few very good players. They're actually putting themselves in a position with assets and contracts to possibly add another very good player. This current team while not a top team in the east could be playoff team.
PG M.Morris, D.Wright
SG Beal, J.Davis
SF Barton, Avdija, Krispert
PF Kuzma, Rui
C Porzingis, Gifford
Looking around the league and the overall talent level, maybe it is time to expand the NBA a couple of teams, the pool of players to get talent from is much larger then it was 20-30 years ago. During that timeframe, just in the United States the population has jumped from 250 mil to 325 mil and now the overseas markets are also adding greatly to the talent pool.

I was watching the Pistons SL game yesterday and noticed how smooth yet aggressive Ivey's game is. He attacked weak spots in the defense well and had some real snappy passes when defenders picked him up. The kid is bouncy too. With his frame and game HE reminds me of D Wade more than all the others who've been given that association.
Then I noticed Duren. Not the biggest big man, but a killer garbage guy. He was playing with tons of energy. Rebounding, blocking shots, etc. Kind of reminded me of UD when he was younger.
That got me thinking about Caron Butler. He was drafted a year ahead of Wade and UD, who were drafted the same draft, like Ivey and Duren. Kind of like Cade. I thought it would be fun to look at how Caron and Cade compared....

Amazing similarities in their rookie seasons! Look at the shooting percentages. Wow. Pretty cool.
Is history redoing itself? Do we have a remix of the 2003 Heat on our hands in the 2022 Pistons?

Well no one wants to be the team that got eliminated by the Kings in the playoffs. Could you imagine the twitter jokes?
