He tore his meniscus which a lot of players do and he came back already and played great on one leg. He scored 50 in a game against the Knicks dragging his leg. It would make no sense for him to not be shot in April, but to be shot in November where he's not dragging his leg around or writhing in pain anymore.

It looks mental to me more than physical, he just doesn't look into the games. And also he usually has an entire offseason to work on his game and trains with Drew Hanlen. This offseason he probably didn't train and just sat around and rested.

And spent two months training and participating in the Olympics.

Reserving judgment on this team until the "big 3" actually play together.

...still pissed at Embiid though, he should have skipped the Olympics to rest, rehab and get ready for the season.

They are tied with Washington for the worst record right now. With Embiid and George both playing.

My deepest fear is that Joel got his extension and now knows he got his last bag of money and the fire has died a bit b/c he's tired from all the injuries and outside of a title (which perhaps he doesn't feel they can win with how he feels with his knee right now) that he's just not going to give full effort.

I still have some hope for our role guys. Caleb , Oubre, Yubu and Drummond. It's up for the big 3 to get healthy and allow them to settle into their roles. I thinks it's imperative that they play with the right group and a playmaker. Right now McCain is our only playable playmaker and I think you have to have a playmaker at all times with those type of guys so they aren't trying to do too much. Our old washed guards aren't helping with that.

I think it yet another right idea wrong execution lesson learned from him lol.

He think that by going half speed, not jumping, and just taking jumpers will allow him to save himself for the playoffs...which technically yeah it would BUT that requires the rest of the team to be always be on fire and locked in, which isn't fair to them, and half speed, not jumping, only jumpers Biid isn't very good lol so we will lose games that way. He has to be like an elite shooter for that playstyle to work and with his lack of lift he isn't rn too.

Got to Brook Lopez it up man
