Why can't KD ever just create his own team and win

Always needs to go to a team that has already been to a finals or just won one

Suns depth is a bit meh, but they got

Cp3, Booker, Craig, KD, Ayton
Payne, Shamet/Okogie, Warren, Saric, Biyombo

God damn it

And his teams always have a ton of shooting

His teams have only had a ton of shooting since Golden State. He mightve had the worst spacing in the league in Okc specially after Harden left. Ibaka couldnt shoot 3s back then either only started being a threat in Orlando and Toronto and his bigs were Serge,Perk and Serge,Adams. Collison or Kanter as well those seasons who were negative floor spacers too. Then likes of Russ and Roberson.

Ibaka was a very strong midrange shooter basically from the get go but otherwise yeah.

Am I the only one that thought Ibaka had All Star potential / was going to make a leap back in the day? His ball handling and playmaking ability were ass yes but his shot making / play finishing ability was very impressive. That + his defensive abilities (though sometimes overrated cuz blocks) had me thinking he'd become Ho Grant with less passing and more scoring.
You said to me “I will give you scissor seven fine quality animation".

You left then but you put flat mediums which were not good before my scissor seven".

What do you take me for, that you treat somebody like me with such contempt?

****, I'm getting way too excited for a team that is 5 games below .500. No wonder I'm easily pleased.

Could make a good case for Shaq. Played with Penny, Kobe, Karl Malone, Gary Payton, D Wade, Mourning, Nash, Amare, LeBron, KG, Pierce, Ray Allen

AD/Bryant

That’s a deep team

Meh does he fit better?

That defense would be atrocious

You also can't start Beasley with D'lo

Needs to be Reaves or Beverly to have effort and defense...although D'lo did have some defensive moments last year with Minny funny enough

GTJ actually plays defense. So even though he's not a true SF like Bojan he'd be a better player for them

Not sure what to make of Phoenix. Probably a favorite out West, but I still think Boston works them over just like they've been doing to Brooklyn.

Hard to look beyond the Suns. The variety is just too much to guard in a playoff series. 3 ball handling shooters and Ayton in the PnR (or any set combination for that matter) is too much action to guard, especially late game. Lakers on paper actually have enough defensive variety so outpacing Suns offensive efficiency might be tough.

The Nets trading KD means their role players will be available. Forget GTJ and Bogdanovic, Pelinka needs to go after DFS. He is exactly what they need

Rumors floating about AD to Chicago. That’s gotta be a hell no, right?

At least Beasley and Russell can shoot. Both can go near 40%. That will certainly help. Not sure what Hachimura's role will be now.

Lakers moving to the direction of surrounding LBJ with shooters. Still doubts the teams' defense but... look better right now.

Yeah, too many guards. One of Bev and Walker likely to get traded I think

Feel like health is the only thing stopping the Suns from winning the title this year. Booker, KD, CP, Ayton is too much at the same time. What an unbelievable trade.

I don't understand why the Nets had to make this trade now vs waiting till the summer? Why the rush?

I agree with this about the Suns.

LAL should call Brooklyn and ask if Beverley/Lonnie/Christie/Reeves/3 2nds/2029 Unprotected 1st can get them Mikal Bridges

If not Bridges, I would be trying to get DFS or O'Neale. Trade some of the Lakers guards + the 29 pick for one of the Nets many forwards. Hell, I would even consider Crowder, assuming he gets bought out, despite his history with LeBron. Lakers just need big wing bodies.

Any further reports on LeBron's foot? He sat out the last minute of the OKC game.

KD on the Suns doesn't put the fear of god in me. Great team, but no. 2 in title odds is fair to me. I don't see them as overwhelming favorites.

They should ask, but that offer doesn't seem even close to what it'd take.

From Utah I'd easily be willing to put up 3-4 1st rounders.

Quite a strong play by LA there. Granted by then the lottery odds could be completely flat so really hard to know at this point how valuable 1-4 protection will be.
