My fiancee bought me a guitar for my birthday. Not only that, she also booked a recording studio and invited my former bandmates and another band where I was considered to be their lead vocals
She's just so awesome.
She's just so awesome.

I've heard that stuff causes drastic hair loss. Why don't you just take creatine instead?

Not at all. If your family or your hereditary to hair loss, guess what? Your going to have that issue as well but ZMA doesnt cause hair loss.
Even though they claim ZMA is a test booster, its not. Zinc isn't going to have an effect like a steroid or even test boosters that you can buy over the counter.
Hair loss is influenced by the transformation of testosterone into (DHT). Your testosterone converts into DHT due to an enzyme called five alpha reductase.

ZMA is differnt from creatine, its mainly used for rest and recovery. I have read some test booster effects but that doesn't seem to be proven beyond one single study.

Hmmm, I was under the impression both were used to increase overall strength and muscle mass. I've never taken any supplements for rest/recovery, let me know how effective this stuff is.

I'm trying this because I seem to be having a vitamin D absorption issue which I'm consulting a doctor about and abnormal vit-D absorption with normal thyroid and calcium levels sometimes accompanies a zinc/magensium deficiency as well.

Majority of brown people have a vitamin d deficiency. I've been on pills the past 6 months, and I don't know if they're helping. My dad has been taking them for years now and I have a feeling I might be following his path.

Did you check if the pills helped in your case? Any blood reports?

Yellow people have a deficiency when it comes to alcohol. We turn into red people when we drink.

RIP my tailbone. Its still sore as hell and hurts when i bend over. I might have to go see a doctor if it doesn't get better by tomorrow.
Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there wondering, fearing, Doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before;

Nah the last time I went was when I found out about the deficiency. I'll probably go sometime this summer.
