I love the way this team plays when Embiid is on the floor. Even though Simmons for Fox might feel like the 76ers are getting the short end of the stick. Come playoff time when we have a PG that will actually do PG things and not leave the team playing 4 vs 5. The trade will seem like the 76ers made out like bandits.

Probably closer to 40, actually.

Why is this inevitable? I'm not against it just why inevitable? The Kings with Ben on their roster will be awesome for them. He is a star, he can help get them to the playoffs, he plays Luka well, and as long as they make the playoffs for a few year both Ben and the Kings will be happy. And more than likely they will give him a another max contract in a few years. Ben will be the King of Kings out there.

Get me Mr. Fox. Dude will thrive here once he gets decent direction and some vets.

Well, I didn't mean it from an inspirational standpoint. More a "this is how you win in this league" leading by example standpoint. My biggest takeaway from that video was Tristian saying "we don't have that go-to guy on this team" which I imagine pissed off Fox.

Side note, he looked like his old self last night while everyone else shot like garbage. Fox + Embiid (and Maxey to an extent) is a failsafe against bad shooting nights (shot 6/8 from FT last night).

I think I said it before, but I'd honestly hire Brett Brown to be coach if I'm Sacramento. Build a culture of defense around Ben Simmons and Brett can finally implement an offense around Ben distributing to 3 point shooters.

Imagine you're Brett Brown, pining away for another NBA gig. You shake hands with the owner of the Sacramento Kings, speak to the media, walk into the practice facility, and there's **** Ben Simmons shooting threes.

If you can get Fox for Simmons you do it and figure out the rest later on. If you can do a three way deal with Fox/Ingram (assuming he's available), and Simmons that would be even better.

Ingram is not available unless you overpay for him. The Pels love Ingram and Ingram likes it there. The Pels are used to their star players wanting to leave so they will not ship out a star who is happy there. It would probably take Fox and a lightly protected FRP to get Ingram from the Pels.

And you know this because you're from New Orleans? As if that makes a difference? Or am I just supposed to take what you say as gospel and move on? To do you have a link suggesting the bold parts?

YEAH please stop coming here to tell us who isn't available.

none of us truly know and it adds nothing to the discussion.

besides its less "this person isn't available" and more "I hope this person isn't available".

Super annoying really. I think trading Maxey at this point would be dumb as ****...doesn't mean it can't happen; nor am I going to attempt to shut down people on others boards from discussing it.

everyone is untouchable until they aren't.

I live in Tennessee, but I don't know any more about the Tennessee Titans and their feelings towards Derrick Henry than the next man who roots for them that lives in Albuquerque New Mexico. I find things like that to be super annoying. Like you're some sort of special insider because you live in the same state that the Pelicans play basketball in. I'd say the majority of posters on this board know more about Jaden Springer and Keon Johnson then I do, despite me living near Knoxville.

I am a Tennessee Titans fan. Desperately need the King back for the post season. This is the first time in decades that we have a legitimate pass rush and this defense has been stout against elite offenses. Jeffery Simmons is blossoming into an elite d-tackle and Kevin Byard is the best safety in football.

Tannehill is... okay, but our offense has been underwhelming without teams sending 9 at the box to contain Henry, thus opening up the field for him to pick apart defenses on intermediate throws.

Anyways. lol

The Smokies is one of the nicest areas in the country, aesthetically. I'm jealous. Hopefully you're able to avoid that puke orange school and their fan base.

Agreed. Just get that done and let's move on to the next issue of Tobias.

If only it really was seen as an issue with management.

There are only 24 all stars. So I’d say top 30 is safe.

For the same reasons why Sixers fans know that Embiid likes it in Philly. It's not science. I only said I'm from New Orleans and I follow the Pels to let you know that I'm not pulling things out of my rear end.

I just thought the board could use a dose of reality. I do the same thing on the Kings boards when they suggest stupid trades for Embiid and Simmons.

What if people who weren't fans of the Titans claimed to know that Henry wanted out just because. Wouldn't you feel compelled to come forward to dispute this?

Just visited the Kings board. It seems like the fans have turned on Fox and are ready to see him traded for just about anyone that can help the team. Some think they should have traded for Simmons during the Summer and now feel like the time has passed and that the Sixers are no longer interested because of Fox's poor play.

I would personally still love a Simmons for Fox trade. Simmons is a flawed player and he will bring back a flawed player in my opinion. It's frustrating when the people of this board love pointing out the flaws of every player considered for Simmons while forgetting the glaring flaws Simmons has.

How many assets are they willing to give in addition to Fox?? lol

Straight up is good to me, fleecing them for more, icing on the cake.
