With the 203rd pick in the Build-a-Team 4.0 draft, the San Antonio Spurs select, 6'9 PF Kenyon Martin. We feel that Martin's toughness, defense, and rebounding will be the perfect compliment to round out our frontcourt. We understand the injury risk that comes along with drafting Martin, but feel that with Carl Landry, Josh Smith and Roy Hibbert already in our frontcourt, we can limit the minutes, especially early in the season that Martin plays. We also love the fact that we have acquired Martin's large expiring contract. If the season progresses and we are looking to make moves we feel that we now can combine Martin and Crawford's nearly $27M expiring deals along with a few of our younger players to acquire almost anyone who is on the block.

The San Antonio Spurs welcome Kenyon Martin.

TheBluest GM of the Kings in the former B.A.T.(3.0) selected Jordan Hill and felt he'd be a great fit with the current roster on the Cats. He should be more than capable of running the floor, finishing, blocking shots, rebounding, and spreading out the defense when the team is not running and operating in their half court sets.

Can't wait to make my selection we'll see what comes of it.....

BEN WALLACE

The Miami Heat is thrilled to add Ben Wallace to this team.

The Fro may not be back (although you never know) Ben Wallace IS back. Had a terrific year in a revival season with the Pistons. Though obviously not the same Ben Wallace that dominated and terrorized opposing offenses on his way to Defensive Player of the Year awards, Wallace still brings with him one of the toughest players in the game.

Averaging nearly 9 rebounds per game, 1.2 shots blocked per game in 2009-2010 in just under 30 minutes played per game, Wallace showed that he was not quite ready to be written off (see the attached video).

We look for Ben to bring his tough, hard hitting defense off the bench for this team as an invaluable backup to our young center Serge Ibaka...to rebound, block shots and otherwise continue to intimidate opposing players with his strength and cunning. We also expect Ben to take on the role of mentor for Serge Ibaka who in many ways may have the makings of a next Ben Wallace like talent as well as help add an element of nastiness to Lamarcus Aldridge's (and Paul George's) on court demeanor.

And as far as battle tested and championship experience, there was no other player left on the board that offered that as much as Ben Wallace. We look for Ben to help the Heat to a NBA title this year. Ben Wallace was just the perfect fit for this Heat team in every way.

PS: He's signed to a new 2 year $3.5 million contract making him the cheapest C of his caliber in existence.

Yes we know were Minnesota.

We feel that Bledsoe can be the perfect developmental guy for us as the third point guard. He has a 6'8" wingspan and goes along with the other point guards we have in terms of defense because of their wingspans (Jrue - 6'7" and Beaubois - 6'10"). On offense he can play with Beaubois and Jrue the way he did with John Wall in college. We feel he fits us perfectly and the value is perfect.
