Good thing we have guys who we can hide Sexton on defense. And I believe Sexton can be a much better defensive player on our team

What makes you believe that he'll be better? Every time I've seen him he's been a sieve/does not give a single **** on D. I do think we have some pieces that could cover him up but a Maxey Sexton backcourt is a defensive problem. Even if I believe that Maxey will be passable on defense next year.

Because he wouldnt need to carry our offense so he has energy to play defense.

I dont think he’s short like IT or isn’t quite nor unathletic. These traits are hopeless. I believe Sexton is quick, athletic and have ultra high motor that its just a matter of effort and scheme for him to be a good defender.

You can’t teach height, length or strength

Sexton will always be a below average defender

And who are these Sixers that are going to cover for him?

Simmons is being traded, Thybulle comes off the bench …

The organization is in a bad spot and Doc is going around promoting a podcast and making a fool of himself

I will say, Collin Sexton and Maxey have a similar maniacal work ethic, which would be nice. Just sucks they'd be extremely undersized.

Darren Wolfson: (Gupta) is going to work his ass off to try to acquire Ben Simmons and he has full authority to do so. Glen Taylor, Marc Lore, Alex Rodriguez… Trust me, they’ve given him the green light 18 mins ago – via Spotify

That definitely sounds like Beasley, McDaniels and some used tissues will be enough to get Ben. Definitely doesn't come off as they'll overpay.

Sexton showed up to the Cavs complex totally jacked last week. He's been on the Miami Heat/Pat Riley type training regimen this summer. He's like a 2" shorter version of Beal except Sexton plays faster and Beal obviously has the better 3 point shot at this point. They are both bad defenders though.
With that said my sources tell me Simmons might not get traded until January when more players are eligible to be dealt. Buckle up Sixer fans. You might have another 4 months of this Simmons drama.

Darren Wolfson: Sachin Gupta wants Ben Simmons. The same hurdles remain, but can he now be more creative on three-team scenarios? That still seems to be the key. But make not mistake: Gupta is all in on acquiring Ben Simmons. 18 mins ago – via Spotify

He is " all in" this time though. Lol

This is good. Let Cavs, Nuggets and Wolves battle it out.

Just dont invite the Spurs to the mix.

Last thing you need is to drunk press the accept button when they send you their trade offer

It's gonna be Edwards and the Sixers are going to build a monster in the East!
