They're going to be too bad defensively this year imo

Could be right. Theis looks good on that side and Jae'Sean showed some promise there as well. John wall is a good defender when he tries but I guess he is already on his way out
I love JaeSean but he, Thies and Nwaba are the only good defenders I expect to have a rotation spot. JG and KPJ are certain to be bad, KPJ is good on ball but still gets lost off ball, JG tries but needs weight. Wood is plain bad on D at the four but it seems he'll be there a lot this year

Getting kicked out of the bubble really seems to have ruined House. He was so good in the OKC series and has not been good since

such a bizarre line up silas is throwing out there, theis just doesn’t fit the team tbh. neither one of wood or theis can shoot and wood has to chase pj around on defense?

Once upon a time Lonzo and LaMelo were total jokes. Now they're bringing the point guard back.

Lowry is an absolute perfect fit for the Heat. I can't believe Sixers' fan thought Lowry wouldn't have made a difference for their team.

Jalen Green looks so smooth, love watching him play

Height is the issue but is a pretty good rebounder which offsets some of it. Does have a bit of tunnel vision when it comes to scoring.

Been good so far all pre season (including SL).

I’m still waiting for Christopher to get more burn. KPJ/Green/Sengun getting all the buzz but don’t sleep on a 6”4”+ 220 pounder shotmaker.

Aside from my own team the Hornets might be the most fun to watch

He can shoot but it’s not really at a great rate. the fit between him and theis is seriously clunky, it would be nice to have a floor spacing forward next to him. someone in the mold of harrison barnes or a pj washington.

Like literally everyone else on the roster (okay maybe not Exum) is a floor spacer, playing Wood & Theis together is fine. Do you analytics people understand that there are two sides of the floor? Theis is their best interior defender, the fit between the two is fine.

Also, 37% from 3 on 5 attempts from your big guy is pretty darn good to me, but sure he doesn't shoot at a great rate. He also put up 21ppg shooting over 50% last season.

Looked slick. Good footwork and body control. Watching the game he stuck out to me as a guy to keep tabs on.

Yep Herro looks to be revived from his sophomore slump. Dude transformed his body

his 3pt rate would be fine if he was playing center, which he’s not this season. he sort of being used like porzingis but is less aggressive shooting and spacing the floor. probably somewhat even overall on defense, i’m just not into the idea of him closing out on shooters constantly. but hey it’s preseason we’ll see how it works out the more games are played.

He's a better floor spacer than both AD & Giannis, who both play with centers....its okay to admit you were wrong on this lol. And both Theis & Wood are versatile enough to be able to close out on spot up shooters in the corner. It's not like PJ Tucker is being ran off screens or anything....guys like PJ Tucker are literally the easiest guys to guard in the league.
