said there was a conflict with scheduling.. so who knows.

Although Nellie is known to not workout the guys he wants, would rather use a smokescreen and hype other guys.

Thanks to IHG for the insider content... If we have to lose Amare, I guess I wouldn't mind this...

Nice photoshop.

He's said numberous times that the report about him not working out for GSW was due to scheduling and that's that. He also knew GSW was going to pick him all along. They picked him to play him.

Wasn't his father (Dell) extremely unhappy he was picked by the warriors?

"Amaré is not being shopped," Kerr said. Gawd how GM's can keep a straight face.

You'd have to take either Jackson or Maggette right? They don't have that many moveable pieces if you think about it, and Richardson + Amar'e = 30M right?

It certainly wouldn't be the first time this place, or any other nba forum, that you get pages upon pages of speculation, only to be wasting bandwidth.

A simple Ballboy not believing IHG is a bigger flop, but in time you will learn.

OK guys I do have to admit I went a little overboard with my comments, he is not a PF version of crawful, but I meant he is similar in a way that he is too selfish and cares more about his scoring than working hard on defense and rebounding, after suffering through a year with Maggette and Crawford I have grown to really hate players like this, so for that reason I don't want Amare.

Will Amare help the warriors win more games? Probably, but with it won't be enough to make it deep into the playoffs and maybe not enough to even getting into the playoffs at all. And remember Andris ended the season poorly, but he began it playing at a very high level, now was it because he wore down from playing international ball in the summer or was it because people learned his game? I don't know, so there is a risk in trading him, will he return to playing at a high level next year or fade again? But the same question marks could be said about Amare, and I would rather take a chance with a player who makes half the salary and works hard at all aspects of his game. Not to metnion Marco and Wright still have potential.

Well the night before the draft on ESPN Curry did say he hopes and thinks he will go around 7, which is the exact number the warriors picked. He probably did prefer to go to a big market in NY, because it would lead to more money and exposure, but I don't think he was disappointed in Golden State.
