RJ is from my hometown (Mississauga, Ontario). Been following his career since he was in Grade 9 attending St. Marcellinus High School. He's a special talent and is going to do big things in New York.

Be good to him Knicks fans and enjoy the ride.

Hes a great kid. Two major things he needs to work on is his jumper and figuring out that perfect line of being aggressive but not too aggressive. Didn't do either of those things well at Duke, but the kid is a great kid and there will be no doubt at all about him putting in the work off the court. Hard not to root for the kid.

Honestly, I didn’t know much about RJs personality until very recently. I have to say, I’m very impressed. He is embracing a market (that would be overwhelming for many of his peers) with a smile on his face and displaying a silent/humble confidence in every interview. Yet, he comes across as a thoughtful, intelligent, well-spoken and completely comfortable in his own skin. It’s impressive. This is the type of young player that’s easy to support. Really, both Zion’s and him are cut from a different cloth than recent projected stars. Their families, AAU/HS coaches and Coach K have done an unbelievable job. Id imagine that if all goes well, a lot of players will want to be their teammates someday.

Should we be concerned of RJ’s perimeter shooting?

Personally I think he will be fine and will get better but I see alot of people criticizing him and saying how Knicks fans should be concerned.
