Am I crazy for liking Ty exponentially more than NAW?

WAY more upside than Goga
and WCJ
and Moe
depends on the price.

Honestly, I don't mind the Isaac-type situation (limited minutes) as long as they're paid appropriately and don't miss extended stretches. If that was required (and sufficient to keep him in the rotation) - great role player, at least!
and I do believe LAL backed out - which is not to say he has some less than ideal MRIs in his file...I also believe LAL messed up on that one.

Depending on costs, go make Paolo happy. Paolo threw up plenty of lobs to him at Duke.

Unless his value has dropped significantly (which is probably a red flag), not sure what Orlando can offer that would make sense for Charlotte.
I could see them having some interest in Howard, but that can’t be nearly enough. With no real pick equity I don’t see it.
HOWEVER, for ish and giggles maybe Orlando eats bad salary?
Grant Williams
Mark Williams
Josh Green
For
Jett Howard
Goga Bitazde
Jonathan Isaac
Again, not sure why they do this and if it’s even worth it but it works.
Suggs/MLE/WCJ? (#25)
Bane/Green/vet. min.
Wagner/TDS/Houstan
Banchero/Williams/#46
Carter/Williams/#57

Dude is a walking injury and failed a trade physical.
Vet min, 3rd string spot big. Maybe. I don’t think we are desperate. We don’t need injury lottery tickets. He need consistent role players.
I mean even if he’s available 70% of the season, that alone is better than what Jett and seconds could provide.
There’s also Paolo/Duke connection.

You got me...I know my trade "explains" end up like some Unabomber letter.
I really like this trade...you left AB out of the lineup.

We eat bad salary? Ummm aren't we having problems with our own salary already?

Depends the asking price.
Orlando kinda has to jump on these low risk/high reward kind of moves given their current situation.
Williams could be the difference maker in a playoff setting. Lakers knew exactly what kind of player he can be.
If we are able to rehabilitate Isaac from the dead, I think Williams will be just fine.

Yeah... do we have 2 seasons to rerhab him though? We kinda need help this season.
