I think this is a good test for the Knicks. The sixers have typically played the knicks pretty closely. This will show us if we can beat the teams we should beat, which is the key to making the playoffs. In the past, the Knicks usually have played down to the competition so we will see!

Here's hoping for 3 in a row!

Yes, Dalembert is with the Kings.

If the Knicks want to be considered a playoff team, these are the type of games they need to win.

After the great back-to-back wins, this is a must-win for the Knicks. It's a home game vs. a non-playoff team. We need to win this kind of game, especially now when the Knicks are still defining themselves and coming together as a team. Must win.

It's not a must win but it's certainly a game a good team would win because it's against a sub-par team. I don't know that there's ever a must win game when you're less than ten games deep into the season.

Too early in the season for 'must win' games... but never to early for 'must not lose' games.

This is one that concerns me. Trap game....

Will have to set my alarm to wake up for this one after working my biz until 4-5am that morning and this one starts at 9am local time... it will be brutal.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

We should win this one. Even if Iggy plays.

We non longer have size issues with Philly (since we're both Athletic Teams, size used to be Philly's only advantage over us in the past...that, and Andre Miller  ).

Word. Both the Knicks & Giants winning would make it an excellent Sunday.

The Sixers and Seahawks 'bout to get stomped. :D

Ditto on all accounts. :)

Amare' vs. Brand should be VERY interesting. Brand is starting to show flashes of why Sixers gave him that contract. However, they are atrocious on team defense. I expect Gallo to Destroy Nocioni. I expect Mozgov to have his way with Hawes. Iggy is going to be chases Douglas and Chandler around.

Holiday vs. Felton should be another good match up.

In years past just when you started to feel good about the team they would let you down. IDC what any of you say, but this is a must win if these guys are serious. I can live with getting beat if the Sixers shoot the lights out like we did against the Bulls or some freak sh*t like that, but theres no reason we should get out hustled or take them for granted. We better be focused and ready to blow these boys out the damn gym.

I'm confused at the bold.

But other than that, I agree. We can't take the Sixers for granted or any team for that matter.

We have to play our game and stay focused on both ends of the court. If they tripe team Amar'e, he needs to be aware of his teammates, if they change the game plan to something else, we have to adjust to it.

I agree and I think Amare is settling in and trusting his teammates more. Feels like he was trying to justify his paycheck on a nightly basis which I think was the reason for all the turnovers. Last night he only had 2. Team is only going to get better. Feels like D'Antoni's found a good rotation and everyone's roles are becoming more defined. It's only going to get better. Go Knicks!

I hate these day games. We always play like crap - it makes no difference that we're at home. And it's against the 1-7 Sixers.

We're doomed.
