But Olajuwon and Ewing aren't in the same tier?

1a and 1b. Hakeem at his absolutley peak only beat Ewing by few possesions. Dont act like Ewing wasnt top 5 mvp candidate for over 5 years stretch in his prime.

Hakeems team beat Ewing’s team by a few possessions. Hakeem dominated Ewing. Big difference. You swap their supporting players in those finals and Hakeem probably sweeps lol.

Hakeem has a case as the best big in NBA history.

Ewing was a good big for his time, but no one is putting him in the all time conversation.

Never really liked Sabonis as a player until I watched him in person. He is vastly underrated by most NBA fans and media. Other than Jokic, Embiid and Gobert not sure there is a better center. Indy should make a move for Harden if they can keep Brogdon and Sabonis. Might be enough to get them a championship or at least back to the finals.

I was laughed at last season when I said I'd rather have Sabonis than KP...

I see a lot of Tim Duncan in his game. The fundamentally sound moves and footwork, the mostly below the rim play with the occasional violent rack attack and the high post facilitating. All substance no flash.
Their defense obviously has no business being compared to each other.

You could get something close to Duncan if you merged Sabonis and Myles Turner together.
