I never want a bad coach, never a reason to accept that. Bad coaches can teach bad habits and set players back.

Casey is a bad coach for sure, I'd take Billups over him any day and twice on Sunday. Billups was a super smart pg and the leader of a championship team. I would love to have him as coach.
