For the first time ever, I’m siding with Harden over Dame.

2 completely different situations. Harden is past his prime dame is in it.

Not so sure. Dame was bad last year. You’re going to say “injuries”, I’m going to say the same thing.

Wait, how is this even possible? I heard Jody Allen wasn't even returning his calls.

Dame's loyalty is great, but he shouldn't have gone public several years ago about staying loyal, not wanting to join and superteam and basically saying he was a Blazer for life.

It was nice intentions, but it basically took all pressure off the organization to surround him with a better team.
Brian Geltzeiler: You see Mark Jackson getting a head coaching job as early as next year?

Adrian Wojnarowski: Not if people make calls on him. Not if an organization is doing their homework and knows all the things he brings with him.

Which one’s worse, this contract or Bradley Beal’s?

$60 million in years 4 and 5 may not be that much with inflation. By then you will see $70 million per year deals for Luka and Giannis

The opposite of Harden. Love him as a player, but this is beyond selfish. Take a paycut, and you can actually build a team around you. Better yet, ask for a trade, and don't handcuff a team to your probably top 15- top 20 self.

Beal is worse, giving that contract to a 2nd option is dumb

Clippers will be waiting for his buyout in 2026 to snatch him up.

Luka or Giannis will almost certainly become the first $100M per year player, depending on how the next TV & streaming deal looks.

I am surprised Lillard agreed to it, I thought Lillard would be asking to be trade for a chance to win a championship but I was wrong

Blazers wont even make the playoffs

Man the way the salary cap was created just made it do so called superstars and of course superstars can make insane amount of money.

How does a player who has very little to show for in winning, possibly a good chance not even going to make playoffs earn 60 million a year lolol
