I haven't been following the score closely so was surprised to hear Bill say we were down 17 at one point. Cutting the deficit down to 5 on a 11-4 run in the last 2:50 is a good counter punch.

We lost Malaki and Blake looks a bit lost (sorry), but we have Romeo filling in with 13 minutes. Blake can't find a bucket after the Austin scoring flourish, but is tied with Collins and Doug for team high 3 assists.

We have 15 assists in total so far, which is a good number helped by our end of Q run. At times we looked like we had a hard time finding one another. Some good man D against, and lack of quick movement by us were culprits. Quicker decisions, back door cuts, and quicker shots helped.

We've put them on the FT line 14-15 already, doubling our points at the line so some discipline is in order, as is anticipation and coverage in paint rotations.

They keep driving on us in transition where we are down 11-5 on fast break points and our 12TOs have cost us 8 points.

We've done well with some two-man games between Collins and just about every other Spur. Doug is a moving ball of energy and leads the bench with 9. Collins leads us with 13 on near perfect efficiency, along with 8 boards, and 3 assists already. He's putting in the work after two quick fouls.

Five blocks is good rim protection. We just have to run back on D, and help our PGs with better movement.

We end the Q on a CBass basket and foul, misses the FT, then we gets an O board steal, misses the bunny, get the O board again, passes out to Mamu who misses the end of Q 3...

Love the effort from our pick ups. Over time they will get a better feel for time left and what we can do in it.

Collins is having an incredible game, scoring 20 already, leading us with 9 boards and 4 assists.

Some TOs are mounting with 15 already. We have to be careful about ball protection.
