I'll probably save the confetti for a different day. Just happy to see they played with some pride after that abysmal G3.
156-1 Celtics are frauds when pressure is put on them. They would have been toast if Luka was not stupid enough to foul himself out. Enjoy this ONE finals win. There will never be another with the Js and the Celtics cant afford stacked team.
If we win game 5, Miami is in trouble.

Celtics have to bring it early in game 5. I worry about another lackadaisical home effort. Just send it back to Miami.

If he continues to hit shots, i’ll take everything i said about him. White was fine. Rob was ok, but awful on defending the block, and a lot if butter fingers. Al was meh. He hit those 3’s but was really a non factor. Grant will should definitely get mins. More than Al if he plays like this. Brogdon was horrible. Brown was borderline horrible. Brown missing midranges, jacking off 3’s. Looked slow out there.

Brown was great besides his shooting. Defensively he shut so many people down today including Butler like 3 times in a row in the 4th. He had 4 assists but could have had more and had a few great hockey assists also. One turnover..solid game.

Tatum and Grant were the 2 best players tonight.

Marcus made a few shots but he wasnt good overall.

I'm stunned there are people saying Brown was bad/horrible. Yeah, he didnt shoot great but he was good defensively and moved the ball well. Should have had 8-9 assists.

I think Miami is still in control but this celtics team can win a game 5 but they have to show up straight from the beginning. You best believe miami will start getting tight in a game 6 if the Celtics survive the onslaught.

We are the kings of getting tight. No team is going to out choke us no matter what the circumstances (except for the Sixers  )

Imagine if Tatum or Butler or Embiid had a 17-4-4 game on 16 shots in a must win game. That's the guy we are talking about giving the supermax to, lmfao. We really treat Jaylen Brown like some special needs child.

Elimination game Tatum strikes again

Celtics have to play with this kind of effort the rest of the game. They have to or else it’s over.

Brogdon is due to show up at some point right? Heat role players have to regress too for at least another game or two.

I actually enjoyed watching a game without my heart pounding out my chest and full of anxiety for once. Here’s hoping that will be changing though after we win Game 5 and have a real series again haha.

I would think Brogdon and Jaylen won't continue to suck ass on offense to give them a punchers chance. I I dont recall a stretch like this from Jaylen cuz he's not even getting to the line. When he does he misses too.

Defensively he was ok. Offensively, he’s like in autopilot. His mid range, usually money, had been awful. Settling too much for a jumper at most times.

The optimism of the lot of you is hilarious. Be mad they decided to show up now, not happy they did at all.

Its amazing how much better your team looks when you shoot 40% from three and the other team shoots 25%.

Also interesting how when you shoot well everybody talks about your heart, and toughness and grit. But when you shoot poorly you are soft, weak, and everybody must hate each other.

I am usually not optimistic i just want them to come back to Miami and make Miami close it out in their place. If it goes 6 anything is possible.

Return to Boston Celtics
