Can’t hit 3s, not a good defender as he just let Butler get an easy layup at the rim. Never trade with Danny Ainge, should be a rule.

Yep. Wasn't even that low on Abaji previously but he doesn't have soft hands, that's for sure. They need to really limit his role on offense next season.

I think the bench's playmaking and overall impact will be fine next season considering one of Scottie and RJ will likely be leading the charge while Olynyk will go back to his rightful place as a backup PF/C too.

It’s wild how many passes he fumbles and how many finishes he can’t complete. Not sure how you fix coordination. He looks like he started playing the game (or guard positions) too late in his life.

Agreed. But I think if we want to be a good team we will need someone off the bench that can create advantages with the ball. However, that could be Gradey Dick with his shot gravity and ability to dribble and pass. Another ball handler would be nice though.

You don't fix it. In football, guys with bad hands play defense, not wide receiver.

It’s really cool to see Gradey and IQ executing the stuff I saw in that open practice. RJ as well. A lot of our fringe guys can’t though. Nwora and Bruce Brown and McDaniels just don’t grasp the offence. JFL does though and for that I’d like to keep him around. Malik Williams gets it but he has zero nba level offensive skills—hustler on D though.

^^^Some random thoughts.

Since we dropped purple and black this team has had some of the worst jersey designs in the league

Bruce Brown!!

Thomas Bryant is a guy who shoulda been better than he is. Injuries were an issue but he doesn’t seem like a guy who works hard in the offseason. He had the physical tools but never committed to playing D or developing an NBA jump shot.
