Clark has had look after look. I know this will go down as "Sun defense stuffs Clark," but man those are makeable shots.

Dream: Haley Jones & Ezinne Kalu. Haley jones just doesn't have an impact on offense outside of being able to handle the ball, good passer, can make entry passes, but has no offensive bag. Kalu almost has no information on her on the Dream website lol. undrafted rookie, but her defense in the 4th quarter was tough

Liberty: Sabally Can't tell so far. lol

Fever: Dantas, Fagbenle, Nalyssa Smith, OR Kristy Wallace depending on depth. I really don't think Fever protect Smith

I was kinda hoping for a closer game but also I'm a Sun fan so yay. Great 2nd half from Marina Mabrey.

The Fever will shoot better from the perimeter next game but they still won't stop the Sun. They just aren't good enough defensively to beat a good team in the playoffs.

Yeah they couldn't stop anything.

Bonner on Clark seemed to be really effective

Bonner stops Clark from driving and scoring 2s, that is for sure. But I don't think she had much to do with Clark going 2-13 on 3s. I mean, that's basketball. Some days shooters miss and some days they make. Today, everybody on the Sun made and Clark/Mitchell missed.

Man, these 2024 additions at 6th Woman - Leonie & Mabrey - are making their teams seem poised to peak in the playoffs.

With the Liberty it feels like the rich getting richer, and making it that much tougher for everyone else to top them (though the Lynx did seem to have their number in the regular season).

With the Sun, whew, could they benefit from the spacing someone shooting like that can provide.

I think she had something do with it. You can say that about every shooter, every time.

Another thing, at the end of the day she is only a 34% 3 point shooter. I think we need to start treating her shooting performances like that of a 34% 3 point shooter on high volume.
