It's nice to have a peaceful win like this. Took care of business in a back to back and got guys rest. gave a good amount of minutes to the rooks and new players. 3 win streak and two games above .500. I think its uphill from here.

I hope they pick 11th and pick somebody roughly equivalent to Acie Law in quality.

I mean they picked Simmons and Okafor. :D

Watching Brunson morph from AI into Steve Nash

I mean, that was the prediction. That we'd have to move away from our historic OREB rate but we had the pieces to do it.

Sorry, I got pulled away for some bedtime activities before I could finish.

I expected the offense to be the easy part. We have so many weapons and Towns is better than I realized. The defense is the harder construction. I've liked what we've seen from Mikal the past few games. Finally starting to find his place here. Wiz are a bad barometer but them and the Nets had trouble getting theirs so that's a good sign.

Good efficiency makes offensive rebounding less relevant. Now we won’t always be efficient but we have significantly improved our shot selection and shot making from previous years. And we aren’t just spamming one area of the floor either, we are scoring from all parts, outside, inside, mid range you name it

Mp just being facetious I reckon

Some of you are the most fickle fans I have ever seen, it's like you have permanent object impermanence, the way you can't see past what's immediately in front of you. Whether it's a 'star' player, a rookie or the team as a whole...literally prisoners of the moment.

Good win, enjoy it...but wow, the hot takes are often hot garbage.
If you'd rather see your team fail so you can be right
...you are a fan of your opinion not the team.

Towns maybe the only move Knicks could make to even improve the big man passing. And obv he’s just better than Hartenstein. He’s much better than I knew tbh.

Or Tim Chuckaway.

Not Timmy, more recent than that. A guard who played garbage time only (ish) to start with. I guess it must have been Trier.

I just came to say this. Didn’t watch a lot of him back at Minny and the playoff games that I saw him in, he didn’t look as smooth as what he has shown with the Knicks. Dude has great hands. His three point shots look so effortless. He drives with intention and he has nice back to the basket game too. But more than anything he can pass the ball. I am glad we got him.
