No1 does..

are there details? gotta be at least a couple of Srp's going the Kings way, no?

It'd be pretty weird to trade these two straight up..

I hope so!

I just hope we do it right and move Sabonis too.

Can Sabonis defend?

He's not a rim protector and not super switchable out on the perimeter but he's otherwise solid on the block and is a great defensive rebounder which boosts his defensive metrics. He's certainly not the answer to any defensive questions but also not the liability I think he gets a rep for on here.

It’s funny I swear jokic season ending press conference he said something along the lines that the team needs more pieces to compete. Glad he has finally spoke up, finally making some solid moves.

Kings save some money, but it is weird to see Jonas' value being so low, he is discarded just to save some cash. Saric will probably be bought out and return to Europe, I think hes done.

Apparently Kings want to make room for rookie Maxime to back up Sabonis.

Did he knocked on Vivek's door and politely asked for Jonas? If so, I get it now.

Denver having an A+ offseason

Getting off MPJ's albatross contract is a big win in it's own right. Cam Johnson is a great addition

no picks this draft but they did sign Curtis Johnson whom i think is an NBA caliber player that fits a big need

Jonas for Saric who never really got a chance and was unplayable when he did is pretty sick, especially seeing how the backup C issue has been mindboggling for all of Jokic's prime basically

Bruce Brown will slide back naturally to his 6th man role and they still have their MLE to use

Nuggets gonna be a problem next season...

What were their other Gm's doing these last couple of years? seems it isn't that hard after all to make a few much needed moves

Kings front office is garbage because at the very least why give Jokic a good back up for someone who didn’t even crack the Nuggets rotation last year?

Technically nobody but it’s Jon Wallace making these moves. He was with the T Wolves front office most recently.

Valanciunas gives that bench an actual option at having some sort of identity. He still changes the game when he's out there on the court with how much of a constant threat he is near the basket. He's improved his shooting and passing enough over the years where he doesn't have to be near the hoop all the time either. Murray/Valanciunas screening action should be enough to beat up most bench units.

I don't love that you can't play Val and Jokic together, but overall this is a really great move.

Nuggets are better tho, I understnad them desperately trying to make win now moves. Bucks on the other hand, they are trying to save ship that already sunk.

Kings upping their checkers game.

Great to see Jonas going to a contender. Hope he gets a good shot at a ring.

I get that they’re both trying to keep their superstar happy but I don’t see them having the same level of success in doing so.
